GEOS Thailand offers full refunds if the Ministry of Education rejects your ED visa application. Refunds are not available for rejections by immigration offices or embassies due to personal history, political factors, or policy changes.

If the Ministry of Education (MOE) does not approve your application, you will receive a full refund from GEOS Thailand.
Immigration and Embassy Rejections – No Refund
We cannot offer refunds if your visa is rejected by Thai immigration, an embassy, or a consulate. These rejections often happen because of things outside our control, such as:
- Past immigration issues, including overstays or visa violations
- Political or diplomatic tensions

Refunds do not apply if your visa is rejected by immigration, an embassy, or a consulate—regardless of the reason. This includes rejections due to personal immigration history, criminal records, political situations, or changes in immigration policy. Can I transfer my application to a later date instead of requesting a refund?
